What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Answer:
Our MOQ depends on the product type and printing method.
For most custom printing and packaging products, the offset printing MOQ starts from 500–1000 pieces. Lower quantities may be possible for digital printing. Please contact us for a detailed quotation.

Can I get a quotation before placing an order?
Answer:
Yes. Please share your project detail here, and our team will provide a detailed quotation as soon as possible.

Can I get a sample before mass production?
Answer:
Yes. We provide the clear photo &video of the digital samples via email for your approval before mass production.
Please note that requests for physical samples will incur additional charges for the sample itself and its shipping.

What file formats do you accept?
Answer:
We accept artworks in AI, PDF, PSD, and other high-resolution files. Basic design support is also available.

What is your production lead time?
Answer:
Our standard production lead time is 10–15 working days after your production approval for 500pcs normal paperback books &hardcover books, depending on product complexity and order quantity.

Do you support urgent orders?

Yes, urgent orders may be possible depending on our production schedule. Please contact us in advance.

Do you offer international shipping?
Answer:
Yes, we ship worldwide via sea freight, air freight, or express courier, and can assist with export documentation.

Do you offer DDP or door-to-door shipping?
Answer:
DDP or door-to-door shipping is available for selected countries. Please consult our sales team for details.
